Random January Pics

As we welcomed in the new arrival of Ruby Joy, we also had a busy month of activities. The boys like to eat their breakfast in the morning next to the space heater, while wearing jackets. As I was unpacking Ruby's clothing, Austin stole her bloomers and took a selfie with her flowers attached to them. Levi is obsessed with 'What does the fox say?' and Grandma bought him a fox blanket for Christmas that arrived. We then watched the video and listened to the song for days! Jared does the landscaping and found a huge grasshopper. The boys have been enjoying Monopoly, now that they know how to play....and using my white table that I refinished in the study.  Austin looks very sharp and wanted to take some pics of his baptismal suit on a Sunday, with his new fedora hat that HE bought. Levi fights his naps and often has to go in time out, sometimes he even falls asleep on the stairs. Austin also has started doing his rainbow loom, working on figurines. He is very talented and patient with his rubber bands! Levi has now taken over the scooter and loves to ride it, more than the push bike and is getting pretty fast! Lastly, only a few days after Ruby's birth, Isaac got bumped up on a waiting list to get his nose/ear surgery. So, we got babysitters and headed over to the surgery center (someone even asked mom when she was expecting a baby, which made her feel insecure since Ruby was in the carseat next to her). The surgery went well, except for the part where you had to wake up and go home! You were so groggy and in a lot of pain, full of tears and a bloody nose. Still, you insisted on riding your bike and playing with Titan when you got home! A trooper!
