Went to visit my Georgia friend Kersina Nickle at the SLC temple square with my two littles. It was great to meet her new baby and reconnect for an hour. I also loved being around all the fresh flowers, sunshine and happy people. Ruby thinks she's a big girl and make big messes now...with fish faces! We spotted some baby racoons in our back yard that looked like kittens, they were fun for a day. Boys like to snuggle up and read, and when I picked a booger from Ruby's nose, Wes gave me the stink eye. Isaac is enjoying drawing and coloring now too, a new developed talent. We took the boys to Golden "Coralphs" with Grandma Wilson when she came to visit. Boys like their long boards and I love fresh flowers from my VT (during a stressful month of transition with RS and Jared gone at school). IT'S a BOY announced too!

19 months old Potty Training Ruby
I survived. Ruby survived. But Ruby is a big GOOD girl and at 19 months, potty trained 100%! After HOURS of being in the bathroom with her, many books, a favorite youtube video about going poop, songs, drinks, blankie, toys, food, etc...we did it together. She was showing a little bit of curiosity (she would touch her diaper when she'd pee), and so I ran with it! I wanted to give up several times, especially during the public outings and bending over those NASTY public restrooms... But, she would keep showing interest, and saying, "Poot" (poop, toot, pee, potty, book, etc?) and so I would encourage her to go. She now can go through naps and all night long without any accidents. What!? She has only had a few accidents, like diarrhea which is hard to handle for anyone. I love seeing her cute little bum in undies (which are too big b/c she is so tiny) and I also love the compliments and surprise people give me when they see how young and little she is to be out of diapers. Way to go Rubster! Way to go mama!
