We decided on a Thursday to list our house for sale on a Friday! So, it was a bit crazy getting everything figured out; landscaping, staging furniture, getting rid of the rugs and scrubbing down the white cabinets. We listed it for 320,000, but recently dropped it at 314K. We are averaging 3 showings a week, but still no bidders (at 3 weeks waiting now). Of course all of the neighbor's want to know what is going on, we just say we want to cash out the equity in our home. I would love to stay here in Marley Park...guess we'll see.
