We found a house in El Paso that we have made an offer on and the owners have accepted it. So, we are moving forward with the idea that we will be living there in the END of August. That means that we will be HERE in AZ for another 5-6 weeks. That brings bitter sweet feelings for us. Good b/c we love our friends here, the neighborhood and our church ward. Bad b/c we are ready to start our new transition in TX. The Lord sure does put us through a refiner's fire when it comes to patience. We have yet to sell our home here in AZ, although we did list it with a realtor just yesterday. Someone's gotta come and buy this beauty!!! But when??? That is the million dollar question of the summer....lots and lots of waiting.... We are definitely NOT looking forward to the extra $500 a month Property Tax that is ON TOP of our mortgage in TX!
We are going to update the house a bit with flooring, carpet and paint...but that is why we are in DirectBuy afterall! Wholesale prices!!! (not to mention a GREAT owner's discount for us :> )

So is this your current house, or the home you are trying to sell, or the one you are moving into? Wow! Real estate is a headache! I'm sorry, but also excited you are home owners...we'll join those ranks one day...? :) The house is beautiful!! I love those pics!!

That is a gorgeious house. I can't wait to have a house like that one day. Enough with the 60 year old home and all the crap that comes with it. NO MORE!!! :) I hope you can sell your AZ home fast. Who wants extra payments. . . of any sort! And I want to know where you got that bathing suit on the last post. The brown one. Super cute.
