Eagar, AZ here we come! For Thanksgiving we decided to drive the 10 hours to go and visit Pipa and Grandma Wilson. Thank goodness for treat bags, DVD's, naps, blankets and potty breaks. How cute was it to see Jared helping Ruby on her potty chair! It was very relaxed and low key in Eagar. The days were filled with motorcycle rides, fort building, Black Friday shopping with Grandma, enjoying Tday dinner (and ice box pie with homemade rolls), watching movies every night with popcorn, exploring in Greer, and taking walks. It sure is quiet in that town, not a lot of action on the streets or cars passing by! We enjoyed visiting uncle Larry's new cabin as well as looking at the Snowflake temple (boys were not excited, so we just took a pic and left). The drive home included a scary night time snowstorm. I had to close my eyes and say many prayers. Best part was turning around to see Isaac loving on Ruby by holding her hand. Came back to reality with a dozen eggs from Pipa's chickens, a super messy and scattered house and empty fridge...with warm memories of AZ.

School and papers
Proud of my boys for some of their achievements; Wes took 1st place in Visual Arts Reflections Contest in his entire school! We didn't even get to see it for months after winning, but I knew that he had done a creative job. I also appreciated his little Thanksgiving note, especially giving him "siblings." That makes all of this chaos worth it! Isaac did some sweet Veteran's Day Hero papers, and the tear jerker was seeing Grandpa Lowe's crutches. Levi enjoys schools and painting. We also go to BYU "school" games (basketball season). Wes is silly when he practices his piano and trumpet in his sunglasses. I love seeing the boys reading together and we often check out 35 books at one time. I always push reading...I don't mind one bit if they want to read at the table...I do the same thing!

Scouts
Wes and Austin hiked the Y with their scout troop, complete with their camelback packs (which they love to take anytime they can). Austin even found a Geocache bottle with treasures inside!
