musical activities
We hosted Jared's BYU MPA group for a little dinner, and it was nice to sit around and enjoy some Christmas music together...also to have them laugh at all the chaos that comes with 5 kids! The ward did a nativity scene for the Christmas breakfast, RS being in charge of the pot luck. Levi had a preschool program, and Austin was a "true gentleman" (as Gpa Lowe would say) as he found his prego mom a soft chair to sit in. I had to take a pic of that! Levi did a great job singing, and I couldn't take enough pics! We got the annual pic with Santa (I felt bigger than him, always an awkward thing!) Wes had his first band performance and it was really cute seeing Ruby sneak up on stage next to him. I also attended a Cmas concert at Provo Peaks where I heard each boy sing from their grade.

setting up the tree
The boys were excited to set up the tree the day we got back from Eagar, AZ. With my big prego belly, I needed all the help I could get!Jared was gone at school, which was a bummer b/c I wanted to have the "family" be all together, but he is MIA most of the time anyway. We borrowed the tree from our neighbor's the Lambs, and it was fun to have a white tree for the first time! Austin was also determined to set up the Christmas lights outside, hauling out the green ladder and nails and trying his best. I love his determination and hope that he will do it every year!
