Boys will be boys
Wrestling in underwear, taking naps dressed like Spiderman, twin shirts and masks, taking self photos, getting dirty with landscaping a garden and playing with the papason chair as a cage. Isaac enjoys playing with Levi and his brothers, when he is not asking for his Wild Krats movie on the computer or eating fish sticks for lunch. These years are flying by before he starts up kindergarten. I wub my Isaac.

Marley Park
Wesley and Austin started back up at Marley Park. I had been volunteering at their previous charter school, where I wasn't too impressed with their academics or classrooms. I asked the boys if they would want to go back to their neighborhood school, ride their bikes, not have uniforms and be with their old friends again, etc. After thinking it over for a few days, they wanted to switch. Austin almost had to go to 2nd grade (which is the whole reason why we moved him to the charter school, to repeat 1st grade), but they let him back into 1st. They are VERY happy with their teachers (Wesley even went to a new group of students with a new teacher the following week), they love riding their bikes and I love having them home an hour later so I can prepare with piano lessons and homework. We also enjoyed the family PE night in and exercising!

Posh Marketing
I started a little part time traveling job for homeshows. I enjoy being out in the work force, traveling via airplanes (reading fun magazines and eating at Subways), interacting with other professionals in the home industry and of course making some money! This time around I went to Provo where I was able to hike the Y at 11pm with Julie Boam, spent my extra "food" allowance at DownEast Outfitters, visited with Tasha Bevan at 7am at Paradise Bakery and enjoyed the cool weather! I missed my boys, but Jared was in full work mode with them and their chores!
The following weekend I went up to Tacoma/Seattle for two more shows, this time with Janell Dalton and Kourtney. The weather was cool and I loved the changing leaves. I was nervous driving around as a stranger in the city, and checking into a hotel late at night by myself was a new experience too. I loved checking out the space needle and the giant wheel ride! I also loved having dinner with Larry and Diann Kaivo, friends of ours from back home!

Austin's 7th bday
Austin loves attention. So, when we wouldn't let him come downstairs until breakfast was done, he couldn't stop smiling in anticipation! We made him his favorite waffles with whipped cream, shape of a "smiley face" as he requested. He came downstairs in his Calibre uniform, "license to learn" badge and a big 'ol smile! Wesley made a big effort to make him a home-made pop up card of a pirate, since that is the bedding on Austin's bed.
We celebrated his birthday a few days later with his friends Ben Hall, Carter Turley and Cooper Boley. We had a pizza party, Basha's cake (his pick) and Nerf gun war! Jared was the target and Colonel of the troops, and Wesley put up all the targets. Austin LOVES to play "special agent," so this was perfect.
