39 weeks pre go

39 weeks and prego. The look on Levi's face just tells you how clingy and whiney he has been. Looking forward to not having a belly so that when I do carry him up and down the stairs I won't be out of breath! I got a gel pedicure with my super prego friend Lindsey Allen so that our toes will be cute for our babies delivery!  I am done decorating Ruby's room, teal and hot pink. I think it is a sweet and calming room...all of us like to go inside and hang out in there.  The last pic is of my naked belly, just showing how small my clothing fits, and what it looks like when Austin takes pics :)

Baby Shower

Super pregnant! Just 10 days before delivery of Ruby Joy, we had a wonderful baby shower by Amy Hall and April Ashton. Even though I felt so swollen, large, hot and sweaty, I also felt loved. The décor, cake, food, presents and people just filled my heart with happiness. I was getting a GIRL baby shower! It was really special to celebrate with these friends that I have made over the last few years in Surprise and even have a few more prego mama's there with me.
I loved the hairbow station and the onesies that described the guests personalities. Cute idea! We also did some fun photo stations with props. I remember how anxious and nervous I felt about the actual delivery of the baby, but this shower sure did help me feel excited and prepared with diapers!

Happy 5th bday Marc Isaac

We still wanted to celebrate Isaac's official birthday on his day, so we did pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream for breakfast and he wanted egg burritos for dinner. We even took out the old Chucky Cheese birthday crown so he could smile even bigger! He got a new scooter (that Levi kept trying to steal and cry over), loves from his brothers and homemade cards. We love our smiley boy!

 

Brother's Birthday

January has become a busy month these last few years. With Wesley (10), Jared (34) and Isaac (5) having birthdays two weeks of each other, and right around Christmas time, we celebrate them in January. Wesley has started some friendships at school, especially those who loves sports! Bradeon, Noah, Barik Boley and the Bennett boys are a few. Wes wanted to do a triathalon for his birthday, but we settled for kickball and a pie eating contest. He was so sick to his stomach!

Isaac wanted to do the traditional piñata and play some games at the park. Since his friends are just little guys, I planned fruit roll up on a string, three legged race, piñata (that the boys make every year), and of course the Basha's cake. Keep it simple for this prego mama!

so grateful for beautiful weather in AZ during January. The green grass and blue skies are always lovely to celebrate a birthday or two.
