Hiking the Y

Memorial Day fun for us, hiking the Y! It was great weather, we loaded up baby Rex and toddler Ruby (a good workout!), had meltdowns, smiles and complains along the way...and did it!

Happy Levi

Levi is enjoying his time with friends and the end of the school year. It's been fun to see his progress and all that he has learned academically and socially. He loves to be around people, constantly tackling or climbing on Jared or other friends. He ate a live grasshopper, which was amazing since he has issues with textures. He also took a lighter from WalMart without paying and so we had the chance to go and apologize for it and return it as a life lesson. How cute is he when he dresses himself also!

Isaac monster or m

This boy! He is changing and developing and learning a lot right now. Monster vs Mouse. We are trying to help him understand his emotions and how we can make him communicate more before he explodes on us. He was brave trying to skateboard, he has taught Ruby a few cleaning tricks, he loves s'mores and snow cones (even though they make him puke every time), soccer with North, his green converse shoes (that I had gotten rid of twice, putting them in the dumpster, only to find that he snuck them out and wore them to school! He loves to wear cool dude clothing like a Justin Bieber, listening to his songs while he does chores and wearing skinny jeans. I also had to send my boys home walking when they were too crazy after church.

wes

i
Wes has had some pure joy over his baseball season with the Tigers. Even if they didn't take state, he still had a good experience pitching and playing with his buddy Ty Lamb. It's been nice to have great weather, treats and friends to spend time with at the games. Makes it easier to spend the time when I have Ruby and Levi to play with others, while I hold Ruby and watch the game. Wes went to General Conference, received his patriarchal blessing from Patriarch Cowan, he also graduated from 6th grade. It was funny b/c after his ceremony, he stayed in his suit and then went outside to play football (and ended up getting his shoes super muddy. "I was just going to play quarterback!) In his suit? Ha! Wes got strep throat during Spring Break, we went to the temple a few times in the mornings, and we did a date with mom/dad to get some fro yo (enjoy the samples, get the sugar free stuff).
