San Antonio, Houston, New Orleans

So grateful for simple things; fresh sheets, a crib for Levi (so he is not on the floor at the hotel), free hot breakfast, clean water and diapers! We are wearing the same clothing now day after day, and I should've packed more PJ's for Ruby who keeps getting herself dirty! I am turning things inside out and backwards. Walked around the Alamo, enjoying the history of all these brave farmers. We even found a man whose last name was Wilson! We then loaded up for Houston, making a spontaneous visit to see Aunt Tracey and Uncle Ted Izatt. She was especially touched to know of our efforts to see them, when we hadn't originally planned on doing so.  We also stopped by the Houston Temple. Even though it was late, we didn't stop there! After our traditional Subway dinner, we made the 6 hour drive for New Orleans, LA. Although we coudn't see the change in the scenery, we could feel the difference in the night time as the trees got taller and it felt more muggy. I was concerned that we would be driving on all swamp grounds and sink! From Houston onto New Orleans, it was green and just beautiful, and the diversity of people also changed.
